Sales from our online shop allow us to continue running this website and generally progressing the Northern Pilgrims’ Way project. Our organisation is a registered charity which relies on donations and sales to continue.
You might also be interested in the companion book to the walker’s guidebook, as advertised at the bottom of the home page. Sales of this will also benefit the Northern Pilgrims’ Way project.
DELIVERY AND REFUND POLICY
Delivery Details: Items are shipped using Royal Mail 2nd Class post. We aim to post items within two working days of receiving the order.
Refund /Cancellation Policy: Orders cancelled before despatch will be refunded same day as cancellation. Orders cancelled after dispatch will be refunded within 48hrs of items being returned. We recommend using a tracked service when returning items and ensuring they are well packaged as we are unable to accept returns that are damaged or not in a sale-worthy condition.
